libcholmod3 software package provides sparse Cholesky factorization library for sparse matrices, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcholmod3
libcholmod3 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcholmod3 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcholmod3 *
You will get with libcholmod3 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
